Bookings & places

Places are subject to availability. Bookings, fees and cancellation windows are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.

Health & safety

Children’s activities involve movement and play. You are responsible for sharing any medical, allergy or care needs so we can keep your child safe, and for collecting your child on time by an authorised adult.

Payments

Fees are due as agreed at enrolment. Late or missed payments may affect your child’s place. Refunds follow the policy shared with you when you join.
