1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using PlaceBooster (the "Platform," "SaaS," "Service," provided by us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Subscriptions & Payments

PlaceBooster is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

  • Our subscriptions are billed, managed, and processed through our authorized Merchant of Record partner, Paddle.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details and authorization for recurring payments.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon prior notification.

3. Studio End-User Payments

PlaceBooster provides tools enabling you (the Studio/Academy/School owner) to collect payments from your own students/members.

IMPORTANT: All end-user student payments are processed directly through your own connected Stripe account (via direct Stripe API integration). PlaceBooster does not process, handle, or hold funds from your students, and we accept no liability for disputes, charges, or payouts relating to your student transactions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Publish websites or PWAs containing illegal content, harassment, or infringing material.
  • Attempt to bypass platform security, database isolation barriers, or RLS policies.
  • Send spam broadcast emails or automated communications in violation of anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Domain Names

PlaceBooster owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Platform software, design tokens, and core templates.

You retain full ownership of all custom content, logo images, and data uploaded to your account. Custom domain names connected via the Platform remain your property and responsibility.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. After cancellation you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

7-day money-back guarantee: new subscribers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@placebooster.com.

Beyond this window, due to the automated allocation of resources (such as AI website generation and custom domain SSL provisioning), payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, in accordance with their buyer terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaceBooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subscription billing is additionally subject to the terms of our Merchant of Record.
